Job description

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking an OSINT Analyst - Mid in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is contingent upon contract award. The OSINT Analyst will provide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence derived from publicly available information sources to support DIA mission priorities. The analyst will conduct all-source research, analysis, and reporting focused on global and regional security issues, leveraging open-source data to enhance situational awareness and inform decision-making across the Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
  • Conducting comprehensive open-source research and analysis using publicly available information (PAI), including foreign media, social media platforms, academic publications, commercial databases, and grey literature.
  • Producing high-quality intelligence products (e.g., reports, briefs, assessments) that synthesize OSINT with all-source intelligence to support DIA operational and strategic requirements.
  • Identifying, exploiting, and evaluating emerging open-source collection opportunities, tools, and methodologies to improve analytic rigor and mission effectiveness.
  • Monitoring global events and trends to provide indications and warnings (I&W) related to national security threats, geopolitical developments, and adversary activities.
  • Applying structured analytic techniques and tradecraft standards to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and analytic integrity in all products.
  • Collaborating with IC partners and internal stakeholders to integrate OSINT into broader intelligence efforts and ensure alignment with mission priorities.
  • Maintaining awareness of legal, policy, and compliance requirements governing the use of publicly available information.
  • Supporting development and refinement of OSINT processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.

Expected salary range: $85,000 - $105,000
This position is contingent on contract award.
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement.
Work Environment:
  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field + 3 years of experience //OR// 7 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be able to pass and obtain DIA CI Poly.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting OSINT research and analysis in support of U.S. Government, DoW, or Intelligence Community missions.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills, with experience producing intelligence products for senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with OSINT tools, data exploitation techniques, and social media analysis platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Current, active TS/SCI clearance with current CI poly.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting DIA or other IC agencies in an analytical capacity.
  • Familiarity with structured analytic techniques, data visualization tools, and emerging OSINT technologies.
