Direct Counsel is seeking experienced attorneys interested in joining a premier international law firm's Denver office. This opportunity is open to attorneys across a broad range of practice areas who are seeking sophisticated work, exceptional client exposure, and the opportunity to grow their careers alongside some of the industry's leading practitioners.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters within your area of practice
  • Manage substantive client work and day-to-day matter responsibilities
  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
  • Participate in client development and relationship-building efforts
  • Work directly with clients on significant domestic and international matters
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Current law firm experience preferred
