Atticus Family Law is looking for a Family Law Attorney who wants to build a strong career in family law without sacrificing support, structure, or balance.
For more than 20 years, we've helped clients navigate divorce, custody, parenting time, and the other transitions that change people's lives. Our fully remote team serves clients across the Minneapolis area, backed by proven systems and dedicated support staff that let attorneys focus on meaningful legal work rather than administrative noise.
This role is for an attorney with at least two years of Minnesota family law experience who is ready to grow their practice. You'll work alongside a team that takes mentorship seriously, values honest collaboration, and holds itself to a high standard for clients and for each other. Qualifications
• Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar
• 2+ years of family law experience, with familiarity in MN procedures
• Detail oriented and dependable, backed by strong systems and paralegal support
• Skilled in clear, professional communication with clients, courts, and colleagues
• Able to manage multiple cases with structure and efficiency, while our team handles intake, billing, and admin
• Comfortable using legal and case management technology, including Clio, MS Office, and Westlaw
• Collaborative and open to feedback, working as a team rather than in silos
• Committed to client experience, guiding clients with compassion and professionalism at every step
