Atlas Empowered is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN! Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person, phone, and/or written communication
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems and providing timely, effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and service goals
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
