Dream Innovation is hiring an outgoing and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our growing team in Memphis. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, early-career professionals, and individuals interested in gaining practical experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, and client relations.


The Communications Assistant will help support local marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, client communications, and customer outreach activities. Team members interact directly with customers and clients, communicate campaign information, assist with event coordination, and help create positive brand experiences.

Communications Assistant Responsibilities
