Overview:

  • Interior Designer
  • Shift: 1st shift
  • Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Required)
  • Pay Rate: $25/hr

Responsibilities or job duties:

  • The Interior Designer will assist customers with designing functional and visually appealing spaces while providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
  • Meet with clients to understand design needs, preferences, and budget
  • Assist customers with selecting materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and décor
  • Create design concepts and space plans based on customer needs
  • Provide recommendations on layouts, styles, and interior products
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current with design trends
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding project timelines and materials
  • Ensure an organized showroom and visually appealing displays
  • Handle customer questions and provide professional follow-up throughout the design process
  • Maintain accurate documentation, measurements, and order details
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required;
  • Kitchen and bath or architectural design experience required
  • 20/20 Software design experience required
  • Prior Sales experience required
  • Previous customer serviceor interior design experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer projects
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
