Job Title: Entry-Level Automotive Service Porter
Location: Cottonwood, AZ
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) 
The Opportunity:
Are you looking to break into the automotive industry? We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Service Porter. This is a vital entry-level role designed to help you "open the doors" to a long-term career in automotive service, sales, or parts. At a starting rate of $18/hr—which is significantly above the average Arizona porter salary—we provide the training you need to succeed. 
Primary Duties:
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Vehicle Logistics: Move and park new and customer vehicles efficiently to support dealership flow and display standards.
  • Guest Care: Wash, vacuum, and clean the interior/exterior of guest vehicles to ensure they are presentable prior to returning to the guest.
  • Operational Support: Assist the service department by moving cars into technician bays and organizing the lot as needed. 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Compliance: Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and a comprehensive background check.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Professionalism: A commitment to punctuality and a willingness to learn the ropes of a fast-paced dealership environment.
