Job description

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor supporting the Drug Enforcement Administration, is seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our team in Camden, NJ.
This position provides the opportunity to support federal law enforcement personnel and assist with investigative, analytical, and administrative operations related to diversion and criminal investigations. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting active casework, intelligence research, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in law enforcement, intelligence analysis, investigations, public service, or federal careers.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Works independently.
  • Identifies potential problems and solutions through data analysis, reduction, and entry.
  • Provides technical and administrative guidance to supervisors and program managers.
  • Serves as a technical advisor on complex problems to other staff members.
  • Stimulates others through ideas and information.
  • Support investigative and analytical projects through research, data analysis, and information consolidation from multiple systems and databases
  • Assist with identifying patterns, discrepancies, and potential investigative leads through data review and analysis.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence, and other case-related documentation.
  • Maintain electronic and physical case files and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct database audits and verify information accuracy across multiple tracking systems.
  • Support office operations, resource coordination, and administrative functions within a federal law enforcement environment.
  • Provide professional support to supervisors, investigators, analysts, and program managers.

Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an analyst in related discipline. Experience in law enforcement discipline is preferred.
