About the Role:
We are seeking a Remote Trip Planning Support Assistant to help clients with organizing trip details, preparing travel information, and providing general support throughout the planning process. This role focuses on customer service, research, and accurate coordination of essential trip components. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assist clients with gathering necessary details for upcoming trips
โ€ข Research destination options, accommodations, and activities as needed
โ€ข Organize and prepare itinerary information and related documentation
โ€ข Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
โ€ข Provide clear communication and basic guidance during the planning process
โ€ข Coordinate follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling updates
โ€ข Support the trip planning process by confirming details and managing documentation
โ€ข Perform general administrative and customer service tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
