Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage your personal sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and outreach.

  • Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships and provide ongoing client support.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for new business and retention.

  • Track all sales activities and manage leads using agency technology and tools.

  • Stay informed about market trends and new Farmers Insurance products.

 
 
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Results-driven with a desire to succeed in sales.
