We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy changes, billing questions, renewals, endorsements, and other service needs. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience issuing commercial certificates
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Prior commercial lines experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-starter who works well independently
