The Inside Sales Representative works hand in hand with the Sales Directors in setting levels for quotes and communicating with Reps and Customers on pricing. This role supports internal and external customers by managing quotes, negotiating pricing based on daily commodity fluctuations, processing orders, advising lead times for quotes, and maintaining proactive communication across departments. Key to success in this position is the ability to present pricing confidently, gather and share market intelligence, and manage complex quoting scenarios. Effective Inside Sales Representatives help ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and accurately, contributing to a smooth sales and fulfillment process. The role requires continuous coordination with production, shipping, and customer service to confirm product availability and delivery timelines and serves as a central hub for ensuring details are properly tracked and communicated.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications* Associates degree with three years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience in a manufacturing environment required.
