This role is centered around developing new business opportunities from the ground up. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be trained to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients-building a strong foundation in prospecting and sales strategy.

Through hands-on training and ongoing coaching, you'll hone your ability to uncover client needs, position solutions effectively, and guide prospects through the full sales lifecycle. As you grow in the role, you'll take ownership of the entire process-from first conversation to closing new business-bringing on new clients and directly impacting company growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
  • Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
  • Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
  • Conduct virtual demos and close new business
  • Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
