Key responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound telemarketing sales calls, emails, and social media activities to identify prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads by engaging in conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, managing leads and providing reports on activities and progress.
  • Educate leads about our products/services and how they can provide solutions for specific challenges and needs.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Overcome objections and learn from leads that do not progress.
  • Feedback to team members to ensure that customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement are communicated.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and appointment-setting targets.

Theperson:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,OR other related Sales experience.
  • Commercially driven with a desire to earn a strong commission.
  • Strong product knowledge and the value our services provide for our customers.
  • Results-oriented and resilient, knowing what's important and which steps you need to take to achieve the greatest results.
  • Target-driven, focused on achieving goals, and tenacious in your selling approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
