Job description

Sales Development Representative
(Midtown Atlanta โ€“ Hybrid @ Colony Square)
Company Overview
At GrowthZone, your mission is our mission. We wake up every day to serve our customersโ€”building modern, all-in-one software that empowers associations to grow faster, engage members more deeply, and operate more efficiently.
As a trusted technology partner, weโ€™re committed to helping membership-based organizationsโ€”chambers, trade associations, and nonprofitsโ€”amplify their impact through smart, scalable solutions.
Weโ€™re a fast-growing SaaS company with a strong customer base, an expanding product ecosystem, and a bold vision for the future. We combine purpose with performanceโ€”driven by innovation, collaboration, and a shared belief that when associations thrive, communities thrive.
Sales Development Representative
We are looking for an eager, coachable, and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). If youโ€™re motivated to break into tech sales, hungry to succeed, and ready to work hardโ€”this role offers the perfect entry point.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, youโ€™ll play a critical role in driving GrowthZoneโ€™s revenue engine by creating high-quality pipeline for our sales organization. Youโ€™ll master modern prospecting through a balance of targeted outbound campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic engagement with key association leaders. This is a high-energy role where preparation, effort, and coachability matter just as much as experience.
You will:
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting to generate high-quality, qualified meetings
  • Engage inbound leads quickly and consultatively to drive strong first conversations
  • Research and prioritize high-value accounts to deliver personalized, relevant outreach
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to improve targeting, strategy, and pipeline quality

Youโ€™ll be part of a performance-driven culture that values consistency, problem-solving, and thoughtful communication across phone and email. Weโ€™ll provide the trainingโ€”you bring the intensity, curiosity, and ownership mentality.
Who You Are
  • Competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow
  • Clear and confident in your communication
  • Motivated by goals, consistency, and personal accountability
  • Naturally curious โ€” you ask great questions to understand customer challenges
We hire for talent, attitude, and willingness to learnโ€”not just resumes.
Location
This role is based in Midtown Atlanta with a hybrid schedule anchored at Colony Square, one of the cityโ€™s most vibrant business hubs. GrowthZone is expanding its Atlanta presence and looking for high-caliber Sales Development talent to help fuel our next phase of growth. Employees are expected to work in the office three days per week as part of our hybrid model.
Salary and Benefits
At GrowthZone, we are committed to offering competitive compensation aligned with employee qualifications.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage with company contributions to HSAs and FSAs, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Employees also benefit from bi-weekly payroll, Responsible Time Off (RTO), and 13 paid holidays. GrowthZone also offers an employee referral program and employee-led groups that foster an inclusive, connected workplace culture. Our core business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
After One Year, Youโ€™ll Know You Were Successful If:
  • Youโ€™ve built strong knowledge of our software, CRM (HubSpot), and industry
  • You consistently meet or exceed activity, demo scheduling, and pipeline goals
  • You create excellent first impressions and manage leads with professionalism

If you're ambitious, driven, and ready to accelerate your sales career, apply now and take the next step with GrowthZone.
