Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Account Analysis, Bank Reconciliations, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned as needed ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure that company records align with bank statements.
  • Assist in preparing account analysis required to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Monitor discrepancies and work to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation for accurate reconciliation.
