  • 1st Shift, 8am-5pm
  • Starting at $22.00/hour, Based on Experience


Responsibilities or job duties:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, payments, and customer billing
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting duties

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma/GED
  • Valid DL
  • Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Strong AP and AR experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
