We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience across multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR administration. You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals while helping support employees and maintaining a positive workplace culture. 

What You'll Do
  • Assist with day to day Human Resources operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and assisting with the hiring process
  • Help coordinate new hire onboarding and facilitate orientation sessions
  • Prepare onboarding materials and maintain employee records
  • Assist with benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, and professional development initiatives
  • Generate HR reports and run system queries as requested by management
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law updates
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Travel occasionally to company offices or client locations, as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0 to 1 year of Human Resources or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
