Kastle - Falls Church

Overview

About Kastle:

We are unlocking the value of the built world by bringing identity-centric, cloud-managed security to every space people work and live. Our platform unifies access control, video, visitor management, and mobile credentials with an open, API-first approach so enterprises can streamline operations, strengthen compliance, and reduce risk—without stitching together point solutions or managing hardware complexity. By pairing hardware and software with managed services, we deliver the reliability and outcomes that enterprise buyers expect, while our highly recurring (low attrition) subscription/ARR engine (~70% of revenue) compounds value over time.

Founded in 1972, based on security designs for the White House, Kastle today serves customers nationwide across commercial real estate, multifamily, and enterprise—from owners and operators to CIOs/CSOs and workplace leaders. Our model blends SaaS economics with on-the-ground execution (installation as the cost of entry), creating sticky, multi-year relationships and a large canvas for upsell, cross-sell, and platform expansion. As hybrid work, mobile identity, and cyber-physical convergence accelerate, the need for open platforms with measurable outcomes is only intensifying.

We are a "one of one" company—the leader in managed security with a distinctive model. We combine industry-leading proprietary technology, an open architecture approach, and end-to-end service to deliver spaces that are safer, smarter, and easier to manage. It's this mix of innovation and accountability that has fueled our growth and long-term customer relationships. We are a vertically and horizontally integrated company which allows to offer a differentiated managed service offering unmatched in the industry and the core of our success. Due to this, we are a much more complex company than most our size which requires a world-class leadership team to execute at the world-class level that our owners, customers and all stakeholders demand and expect.

With consistent year-over-year growth, strong operating discipline, and a clear mandate to scale, we're poised to capture a massive market opportunity. We also bring a unique data advantage—spanning building usage patterns to widely cited market barometers—that fuels differentiated storytelling, demand, and category leadership. In 2025, we expanded our platform with the acquisition of i2g Systems, a market leader in high-security solutions—opening new growth opportunities in data centers and other fast-growing real estate sectors.

Our growth is driven by innovation, operational excellence, and a strong partnership between our commercial, technology, and service teams. As we scale, we are seeking a senior legal leader who can operate at the intersection of revenue growth, product innovation, and risk management.
