A little about the job....

  • supports the workforce by providing day-to-day HR services to team members and leadership
  • assists with recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HRIS and personnel records, policy interpretation, compliance, and employee engagement
  • serves as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for staff while helping ensure HR practices are consistent with hospital policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualifications for the job...

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience is preferred; healthcare HR experience is a plus. 
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, understanding of payroll best practices, ability to deal sensitively with confidential material, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.  Knowledge of Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS/Payroll system is preferred.
