Human Resources Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant in our Springfield, MO facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the staffing and onboarding process, including advertising, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and assisting with new employee orientations
  • Assist with the administration of the HR System - ADP
  • Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll
  • Complete benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits and answering benefit-related questions
  • Assist with the administration of training, including training sessions and working with management to ensure training is completed on time
  • Complete various HR-related reporting
  • Administrative and clerical duties
  • Work closely with employees and managers to answer questions and resolve issues
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or two years experience in a related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Type 50 wpm
  • Strong interpersonal skills
