About the Position:
E Ink is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and Corporate Learning operations. This is an entry-level role and no previous experience in HR is required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning, and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
  • Managing job postings on company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
  • Scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Processing and maintaining candidate non-disclosure agreements
  • Generating offer letters
  • Managing background and reference checks
  • Supporting candidates through the interview process
  • Handling all internal hiring administration
  • Assisting with interview management
  • Performing college recruiting, including attending job fairs and networking events
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Supporting the onboarding process
Corporate Learning
  • Handling all course administration requirements, including managing the learning management system, enrolling learners, and coordinating with instructors
  • Responding to inquiries from employees
  • Supporting the corporate learning committee meeting
  • Publishing internal communications about learning opportunities
Employee Engagement
  • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Managing weekly lunch providers and internal food & beverage market
  • Managing employee shuttle service

Salary Range Disclosure: The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00, not including any variable pay. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other variable pay components. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
