HR Coordinator – Contract Position (Immediate Start through November 2026)

Ramji Law Group is seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis through December 2026. This position is available for an immediate start and will provide hands-on support to our Human Resources function and employees across the firm.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Prepare HR correspondence, forms, and internal communications
  • Track employee documentation, deadlines, and required acknowledgments
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related employee inquiries
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries as needed
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed
