At JM5, we're a growing sales and marketing firm that helps nationally recognized telecommunications providers expand their business customer base throughout the Dallas area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, develop leadership skills, and earn opportunities for advancement.

This is an entry-level position, so no previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.


What You'll Do:

  • Build relationships with small and medium-sized business owners within an assigned territory
  • Learn about each customer's telecommunications and internet needs and recommend solutions that fit their business
  • Represent client products and services professionally through face-to-face sales interactions
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Track daily activity and sales performance
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
