Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Location: Bend, Oregon (100% Onsite)

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level

Schedule: Flexible shifts available Monday – Saturday (operating window: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Authorization & Employment :

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Direct W2 applicants only; C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or third-party agencies will not be considered.

About the Role

Join a collaborative, high-energy IT support team delivering tier-one technical solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-users, providing prompt troubleshooting, friendly service, and dependable problem resolution. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for an energetic problem-solver eager to grow their technical skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for internal and external users facing day-to-day technical disruptions.
  • Perform routine account maintenance, including password resets, account unlocks, and user login troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving desktop peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, and printers.
  • Document support interactions, track recurring issues, and escalate complex technical tickets to senior support engineers when necessary.
  • Deliver empathetic, clear, and solutions-oriented customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail tech support, or an IT help desk environment.
