Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain the end-user IT environment. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and productivity software. In the field for practice-level support. Will need to travel occasionally when necessary.
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Possess logical problem-solving skills.
  • Professionally responding to telephone calls, emails, and web-based service requests. Providing friendly, courteous, and quality support for clients. Self-starter who can follow a service ticket through its completion.
