We are conducting a search for an experienced Business Development Representative to support growth throughout Rochester, NY.
This role is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, developing new partnerships, and expanding market presence across theRochester, NY region. The organization is a rapidly growing, value-based primary care group serving senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute providers nationwide.

  • Stay informed on trends within value-based care, post-acute services, and senior living to effectively position services in the market

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing
  • Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors
  • Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers
  • Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout New York.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling services related to primary care, behavioral health, therapy, telehealth, wound care, or other ancillary healthcare services
  • Exposure to value-based care models, ACOs, managed care, or risk-based environments
