Position Overview

Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Michigan Orthopedic Center in Lansing, MI. This outpatient orthopedic position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

The ideal candidate is a personable, motivated clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. New graduate Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Role Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.

Full-time PTAs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day in a supportive environment focused on quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting compensation for this full-time position is approximately $25 per hour, with increases based on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.
