An entry level health coach helps clients set and achieve wellness goals such as improving nutrition, increasing physical activity, managing stress, and adopting healthier lifestyles. They provide support, education, and motivation, often working one-on-one or in group settings. Entry level health coaches typically follow established programs and guidelines, and may work under the supervision of more experienced coaches or healthcare professionals.
