Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a designer who bridges the gap between traditional 2D design and immersive 3D visuals. You will support our creative department by producing high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and professional presentation materials that align with our brand identity.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Presentation Design: Use Microsoft PowerPoint to design high-impact, visually compelling pitch decks and corporate presentations that incorporate 2D and 3D assets.
  • 3D Design & Rendering: Develop 3D models, textures, and photorealistic renderings for products, environments, or marketing assets.
  • 3D Animation: Create engaging 3D motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, social media, and video projects.
  • Brand Collateral: Assist in the creation of daily graphic design needs, including social media graphics, digital ads, and print materials using the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Collaborative Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions and take direction from senior designers to iterate on concepts based on team or client feedback.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of 3D assets and project files to ensure efficient workflows.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Associates Degree or higher in Graphic Design or related fields, Visual Arts, 3D Animation, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Strong knowledge of PowerPoint (layout, master slides, and animation) and basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • 3D Software: Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D tools such as Blender, Keyshot, or Maya.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion work is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A digital portfolio or demo reel showcasing high-impact PowerPoint content,, 3D rendering, animation, and fundamental graphic design skills (typography, layout, color theory).
  • Communication: Ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Eagerness to learn new software and stay updated on 3D design trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
