Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to support high-volume document processing operations. This role involves handling automotive title documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process automotive title and collateral documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Review, sort, and validate paperwork according to established procedures
- Manage a high volume of work while meeting productivity and quality goals
- Communicate with internal teams and external agencies via phone and email
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to title documentation
- Enter and maintain data in internal systems
- Prepare and ship completed documents
- Follow compliance standards, processes, and company policies
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive, title processing, or administrative roles
- College education or certification
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, high-volume production setting
- Repetitive, detail-focused work
- Extended periods sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs when needed
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend shifts based on business needs
