Job Summary

Are you interested in recruiting, employer branding, and talent marketing? As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting recruiting efforts for entry-level positions while leading a strategic project focused on building and engaging talent communities. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and social media strategy while making a meaningful impact on future hiring initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support recruiting activities for entry-level and early-career positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use talent sourcing and recruiting technology tools to identify, organize, and engage prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and pilot a talent community strategy that helps build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Create candidate communication and nurture campaigns to keep talent engaged with our organization.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Brand to develop engaging LinkedIn and social media content that strengthens employer brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze talent engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
  • Help establish a repeatable recruitment marketing framework that supports long-term talent acquisition goals.

This internship is ideal for a student pursuing Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field who is eager to gain real-world experience in recruiting, talent engagement, and employer branding.

Required Qualifications

  • Student in Junior or Senior level working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Organizational Development, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, Communications or other related field from an accredited school required.
  • Prior business/office experiences desirable
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others & also independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making high volume calls
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with platforms like Handshake, Hire-EZ, Canva, or survey tools is a plus.
