Join Grande and become part of a team that values safety, professionalism, and work-life balance. Our CDL Class A Drivers operate on dedicated routes between Grande facilities, ensuring consistent work, familiar runs, and be home daily.
Why Drivers Choose Grande
- Starting entry level pay is $27.80. Higher pay available based on experience. $3.00 night shift premium when working between 6:00PM-6:00AM. $2.25 Weekend shift premium when working any Saturday or Sunday.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days of employment
- $3,000 retention bonus paid after six (6) months of continuous service
- $3,000 retention bonus paid after twelve (12) months of continuous service
