Legal Technology Entry-Level Developer
Overview
TransPerfect is seeking motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Developers to join the team supporting Virtual Reef, TransPerfect's internal business platform. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about software development, problem-solving, and building scalable technology solutions in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for candidates with experience or academic exposure to web development technologies, databases, front-end frameworks, or QA automation platforms. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to contribute to innovative internal tools and applications.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Virtual Reef platform
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams on new features and improvements
  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure platform reliability
  • Contribute to front-end and/or back-end development projects
  • Help document technical processes, workflows, and system updates
  • Support ongoing optimization and performance improvement initiatives
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and development best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Exposure to or experience with one or more of the following:
