Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced ***Recruiter Front Desk***.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience required.
This is a FULL TIME position requiring availability between the hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, located in Virginia Beach, VA (23451).

Responsibilities:
A Day in the life of a Recruiter Front Desk:

As a Recruiter Front Desk associate you will be responsible for greeting at our front desk, answering the phones, following up on emails, human resource duties, onboarding, sourcing candidates, taking messages, sorting through daily mail, ordering supplies, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements for the Recruiter Front Desk:
  • Required: Strong computer skills
  • Required: Excellent customer service skills in-person and over the phone and through email
  • Required: Welcoming phone skills
  • Required: Organization and prioritizing skills
  • Required: Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Required: Must be reliable and a quick learner and have ability to multi-task with accuracy in a very busy environment
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications for the Recruiter Front Desk:
  • Preferred: Medical employment exposure
  • Preferred: Human Resources experience
  • Preferred: Previous staffing experience
