Compensation: Please note that while the salary range listed is average for a first-year advisor, this role has upside earning potential.
Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
Financial Planning: Develop customized financial plans to achieve long-term and short-term objectives.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and adjust clients' investment portfolios to align with market trends and financial goals.
Retirement Planning: Help clients prepare for retirement by analyzing savings plans and creating strategies to maximize benefits.
Tax Optimization: Advise on strategies to reduce tax liabilities while remaining compliant with tax laws.
Insurance Planning: Recommend appropriate insurance policies to protect clients' assets and manage risks.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
Qualifications
Nice-to-Haves:
• Series 7, Series 66, and SIE registrations.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Experience as a financial advisor or wealth management professional.
• Proven track record of cultivating client relationships, understanding financial objectives, and devising effective strategies.
