Job description

As our business grows across ecommerce, editorial, campaigns, retail and global markets, we're looking for an organized, proactive and fashion-obsessed Assistant Stylist to support our growing styling organization-an entry-level opportunity to launch your career alongside an experienced team supporting Women's, Men's, Yitty and Scrubs, with exposure to every stage of the creative process.
Position Overview
The Assistant Stylist supports the styling team across all brands and content channels-helping operations run smoothly through sample management, showroom organization, shoot prep and on-set support. Success requires exceptional organization, attention to detail and a willingness to jump in wherever needed, while gaining hands-on exposure to styling for ecommerce, editorial and campaign productions.
What You Will Do:
Styling Team Support
  • Support Stylists across all brands with daily styling needs, shoot prep and showroom organization.
  • Prepare looks for ecommerce, editorial and campaign productions; steam, dress mannequins and maintain on-set continuity.
  • Occasionally style simpler looks under senior team guidance.

Shoot & Production
  • Assist on-set styling during ecommerce, editorial and campaign shoots.
  • Prepare rolling racks, organize daily shoot flow and support quick changes.
  • Reset styling areas and coordinate product between showroom, studio and sample team
  • The role requires frequent movement throughout the showroom and studio-regularly standing and walking, lifting rolling racks, sample boxes and garments up to ~30 lbs, and transporting and organizing product for daily shoots.

Sample & Showroom
  • Receive, unpack and receipt incoming samples; track returns and shipping.
  • Organize and maintain showroom racks, styling closets and accessory storage.
  • Prepare garments for shoots and keep the showroom presentation-ready.

Creative Support
  • Assist with competitive research and trend inspiration.
  • Gather styling references and support moodboard development.
  • Support seasonal prep and learn best practices across all content types.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience
  • 0-2 years of styling, fashion, retail or showroom experience.
  • Internship or assistant styling experience a plus, but not required.
  • Passion for fashion, styling and visual storytelling.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and initiative.
  • Positive, collaborative, team-first attitude; manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

  • You're naturally curious, highly organized and passionate about fashion. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make creative successful and take pride in keeping projects moving. The hourly range for this position is from $24.00-$28.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
