Randstad, in partnership with our client, is seeking a passionate and driven Facilities Engineer I to join an incredible team on-site in Memphis. You won't just be a number here; you'll be partnering closely with supportive leadership and a dedicated team that is eager to welcome you.Position Highlights:

  • Job Title: Facilities Engineer I
  • Location: Memphis, TN (100% On-Site)
  • Employment Type: 18-Month Temporary Contract
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with potential for occasional, project-dependent weekend/holiday/OT work)
  • Compensation: $32.50 ph
  • Target Start Date: June 8, 2026

Responsibilities

  • Executing project milestones for construction projects and equipment moves.
  • Updating 2D CAD layouts for facilities, machines, and supporting structures.
  • Acting as a primary communication bridge, providing technical updates to the Facilities team and Manufacturing leadership.
  • Tracking project spend, managing CAPEX, and executing purchase-to-pay (P2P) activities.
  • Coordinating contractor and facility FTE activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tracking and managing work orders through our CMMS system.
