Job Summary
We are looking for a F&B Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations within the hotel to ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This role involves planning, staff management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while striving to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar and coffee bar. 
  • Manage and lead the F&B FOH and BOH team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Lead the culinary team to design innovative menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
  • Analyze financial reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s POS system. 
  • Manages cash handling procedures across all F&B outlets, ensuring accurate POS transactions, secure cash storage, timely bank drops, and full compliance with finance and audit standards. 
  • Directs scheduling and timekeeping processes for all F&B outlets, ensuring accurate labor forecasting, proper shift coverage timely approval of hours, and seamless coordination with payroll to maintain compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations. 
  • Oversees accurate tip reporting and distribution for all F&B outlets, ensuring proper documentation. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Additional Duties: 
  • May perform the work of front of house or back of house staff during busy times or in the event of a call off. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 
  • A minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful F&B operations in a hotel setting.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management for F&B departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of F&B professionals.
  • Must have valid Food Handler’s card and be TIPS certified. 
  • Must have current ServeSafe Manager certification. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.

  • Ability to receive and respond to supervision, feedback, coaching, and disciplinary guidance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
