Job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a 1+ year contract assignment. The project is to replace electrical equipment for both businesses and residential customers. This is a Hybrid position, work one day in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with businesses and residents regarding issues from the projects.
  • Processing of data and data review
  • Database manipulation.
  • Reviewing data sets, monitoring inbox every day, and contact customers as needed.
  • Following up and executing on items every day.
  • Working in excel, database & outlook.
  • Working with database - retrieving information from the dashboard.

Job Requirements
Qualifications / Education / Experience
  • Experience with processing of data, data review.
  • Background in customer service.
  • MS Office, intermediate Excel experience (pivot table).
  • SharePoint experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
