Your Impact:
You will oversee Accounts Payable functions while supporting project accounting activities. You'll be exposed to both transactional accounting and construction project operations.
Accounts Payable (Core Focus)
• Post approved vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Follow up internally to obtain vendor invoice approvals
• Process weekly vendor and subcontractor payments
• Import and reconcile credit card accounts
• Issue annual 1099 forms
Project Accounting Support
• Prepare and process Time & Material billings for house accounts
• Request, track, and review subcontractor lien waivers
• Enter subcontractor payables against commitments
• Assist with project closeout documentation and reconciliation

Experience:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table experience a plus)
  • Construction industry experience or completion of accounting course work is a plus

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000
