Job description

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer sales orders, including reviewing order details, pricing, inventory availability, and required updates.
- Coordinate with customers, Key Account Managers, Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to prioritize orders and communicate delivery timelines.
- Monitor customer inquiries and sales communications, providing timely updates regarding order status, shipment schedules, and product availability.
- Create, assign, and close manufacturing work orders while utilizing Bill of Materials (BOMs) and internal business systems.
- Assist with quoting activities by reviewing materials, costs, lead times, and supporting customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and electronic files while supporting continuous process improvements and administrative tasks.
