Entry level Septic Installer

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19–$22/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with possibility of overtime

Job Summary

We are seeking a eager to learn, dependable and hardworking entry level Septic Installer to join our growing team with room for advancement. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial septic systems. This role requires experience septic or plumbing, reading site plans, and working safely in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install septic tanks, drain fields, lift stations, and related components
  • Learn operating heavy equipment such as excavators, and skid steers.
  • Read permits, and site layouts
  • Perform grading, trenching, and pipe installation
  • Troubleshoot septic system issues
  • Ensure all work complies with local and state regulations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

  • Previous septic installation, plumbing, excavation, or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely or Ability to learn.
  • Valid driver’s license required; Clean Driving Record
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
