Job description

We are a fast growing retail sales and brand consulting company in the Chicagoland area looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team. Our company focuses on customer acquisition inside retail environments, brand visibility, and building high performing retail sales teams that strengthen partnerships and deliver results.

This is a face to face, customer focused, retail sales and account management role located inside well known retail partner locations.

What You Will Do

  • Engage customers in person inside retail partner stores, trade shows, and live promotional events
  • Act as a Retail Brand Ambassador and present products in group and individual settings
  • Deliver excellent customer service, recommend solutions, and answer questions
  • Assist with account enrollment and provide support throughout the purchase process
  • Manage customer accounts and provide follow up and retention support
  • Input customer information and update activity inside CRM systems
  • Work closely with retail sales leadership and top performing account managers
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and retail marketing strategy sessions
  • Support retail event planning, coordination and brand activations
