The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports the Sales & Marketing team through administrative coordination. This role works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales Managers and other departments to assist with sales activities, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives that drive revenue, increase visibility and enhance the guest experience. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative and eager to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in hospitality sales and marketing while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client site inspections, sales appointments, and special events.
  • Understanding of sales systems.
  • Assist with sales reporting, file management, answering phones and departmental communications.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and assist with the timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Help ensure all marketing materials, signage, collateral, and digital content reflect the brand standards.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of brochures, menus, signage, in-room collateral, and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Internship or previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • A genuine desire to provide outstanding service to guests and clients.
