  • Build and Strengthen Carrier Relationships – Develop and maintain a network of reliable carrier partners through consistent communication, accountability, and trust.
  • Be Part of the Team – Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture by supporting teammates, sharing knowledge, and embracing a team-first mindset.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of logistics, transportation, brokerage, or carrier sales experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with transportation management systems, load boards, and Microsoft Office applications.
Success Metrics:
  • Average of 15 loads booked per day.
  • Achievement of monthly margin and revenue goals.

  • Contribution to overall team profitability and customer satisfaction.
Our Core Priorities:

  • Uncapped commission
  • A collaborative culture that values data-driven problem solving
  • Competitive compensation and benefits; 401K Safe Harbor, Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Be part of a dynamic, expanding 3PL provider (Top 100 – Transport Topics) making a real impact in supply chains across North America.
