Job description

The Epic Application Analyst (Cupid) is responsible for the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of assigned Epic applications across Med Center Health. This role serves as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure system functionality meets organizational needs and complies with established workflows and best practices. The Analyst collaborates with subject matter experts, participates in design and testing activities, and supports end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Epic modules.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, application support, or related field required.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Clinical or operational experience in cardiology or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare, Business, or a related field, (or) Associate's degree and two years of
    related experience required.
  • Epic training and certification in Cupid application will be provided and required within the assigned timeframe.
