We are seeking an experienced Cupid Epic Application Analyst to join our team of 500 and support our exciting journey. We value people and we’re building a culture to match. Job Summary

Functions under the direction of the Application Manager. The Cupid Epic Application Analyst provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems. Requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology. Able to lead and participate in project planning sessions. Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures. Able to manage projects with varying levels of complexity. The Cupid Epic Application Analyst works with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.

This individual will promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications. Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications. Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical and operational departments and other Xtensys team members to accomplish the goals established for the project.

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
  • Must have experience with Cupid implementations (13 required).

  • Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members.

  • Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module.
  • Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.
  • Education/Certifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Bachelors’ other is preferred
  • Epic Cupid certification is required
