Entry Level Sales Representative w/ Advancement Opportunities in Charlotte!

At Conquista Group, we specialize in outsourced sales and customer acquisition for clients big and small, delivering results while developing the next generation of business leaders in the sales industry.

While helping our clients grow their bottom line, we offer our Sales Representatives an opportunity to grow, too! Initially, our Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting and engaging with customers on behalf of one of the world's largest telecom and entertainment providers. We bring an old-school, personal feel to a new world of technology and depersonalization. Once a relationship is established with the customer, our Sales Reps set them up with the best telecom services on the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with customers face-to-face
  • Manage assigned sales territory within the Charlotte and surrounding areas
  • Initiate sales presentations and close contracts

Once proficient in our entry level sales processes and systems, you will advance to a leadership role with an opportunity to progress into a market manager.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality
  • Experience working in a team or group environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Reliable
  • Hard-working
  • Internally competitive and goal driven
  • Degree preferred but not required
  • Must be living in the Charlotte area for consideration with reliable transportation
