The Principal Finance team operates globally, providing flexible primary financing solutions and engaging in secondary market investing across the capital structure in both the corporate and real estate sectors, with deep experience across real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, media, entertainment, technology, leisure, and healthcare.As part of the middle office/operations function, the VP works directly with the principal investing deal team and key external service providers, supporting the full range of private credit, private equity, and real estate product lines. Responsibilities include end-to-end transaction management for a portfolio of investments, operational analysis of proposed transactions, coordinating approvals across internal and external stakeholders, and transaction closing and ongoing administration.The role includes ownership of data in loan management and peripheral systems, and approval responsibility for loan administration activity within LoanIQ and other systems. The VP will also be responsible for staff engagement, development, and day-to-day management.Salary range: $150,000โ€“$200,000 per year base, plus annual discretionary incentive compensation.
