Job description

The Role:

The Entry-Level Engineering Document co-op will support Document Control and Records Management activities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about documentation processes in a regulated environment. The individual will assist with formatting, organizing, and managing both paper-based and electronic document workflows. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are key to success. This co-op will run from July 13th 2026-December 11th 2026

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Support cross-functional teams by helping with document requests, approvals, and archival processes.

  • Assist with organizing project and turnover documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

  • Learn and provide administrative support for document lifecycles and workflows in ACC.

  • Help digitize and archive paper-based documentation.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs

Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications):

  • Actively enrolled in a undergraduate program. High school Diploma or equivalent degree required

  • Years attended in a library Science program preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

  • Interest in learning about cGMP, quality, or documentation processes.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to ask questions and seek guidance.

  • This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna's site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $60.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
